All entries must be submitted online. Registration will open at 9:00 am PST on March 7, 2026. No entries will be accepted after 11:59 pm PDT April 16, 2026.

All entry fees are non-refundable.
There will be no pre-premier competition.

Send your dancer, dance teacher or special dance supporter a good luck wish or thank-you that will appear in the program at the 2025 Northwest Regional Closed Championship.

To be printed in the program, all Good Luck Ads and accompanying messages or pictures must be submitted before Sunday, April 20, 2026. Ads placed after this date will not be printed in the program.

To be printed in the program, donor and/or sponsor information— including logos and images— must be submitted before Sunday, April 20, 2026.

Donations received after April 20, 2026 will not be advertised in the program.

Pre-purchased spectator admission is $10.00. Children 5 and under are free.
ADMISSION PURCHASED AT THE DOOR WILL INCREASE TO $20.00

We strongly encourage pre-purchase of admission tickets. Ticket Sales will close at 11:59 pm PDT on Saturday, May 9th. After this date, ticket price will increase and must be purchased at the door using cash, check or QR code.

All-day volunteers receive free admission.

All competitive events will take place at Shorewood High School in Seattle, Washington.

1. The building will open at 8:00 AM
2. Dancer Check-in will open at 8:30 AM. Dancing will begin at 9:30AM
3. The Highland Fling will be danced first from the youngest to oldest age groups followed by the Sword and Seann Triubhas. The Reels may be danced out of age group order if necessary to accommodate fill-ins.
4. First to enter will be the last to dance in age groups with fewer than 16 dancers entered.
5. In any age group with 16 or more dancers entered, the order of dance for the Highland Fling, Sword and Seann Triubhas will be determined by a separate draw for each dance.
6. “First to enter last to dance” will apply only for the Reel.
7. If a draw is necessary, it will be conducted by the NW Region of ScotDance USA.
8. Draw positions will be emailed to dancers and teachers no later than Saturday, May 9, 2026.
9. After May 9, 2026, should a competitor withdraw from an age group the order of dance was determined by a draw, dancers in the affected class will move up one spot in the order of the dance. Teachers of competitors whose order of dance has changed will be emailed a revised order of dance and will be asked to relay the information.
10. Competitors’ numbers will be available at Dancer Check-In.
11. Spectator Admission fee is $10.00. Admission tickets may be purchased online and by individuals not affiliated with a dance family.
12. All day volunteers and children under 5 are free.
13. Parking is available in the high school parking lots.
14. There will not be a concession stand at the event. Please bring any food/lunch items you will need. There is a “no food or drink policy” in the theatre but there is a large area with tables and chairs just outside the theatre for use.

There will not be a host hotel.  Nearby hotels are approximately 10-minute drive to the competition venue. Shopping and restaurants are available nearby at Alderwood Mall.

Concessions will not be sold at the event. Food and drink is not allowed in the theater, however there are tables and chairs outside of the theater where food and drink is allowed.
